Sociologist, MSc in Social Policy, and Planning in Developing Countries, MPD and PhD in Public Health.
Francisca is a senior executive with over 20 years of work experience in executive management positions in public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Her positions’ challenges have been defining and implementing corporate social responsibility strategies, sustainability strategies, ESG, and social, economic, and human development policies.
In her professional career, she has been recognized four times as one of the 100 Women Leaders of Chile in different areas: Public Service, Private Sector, Government, Foundations, and Non-for-Profit Organizations Director. Currently, Francisca is working as the Chief Sustainability Officer of Entel, the biggest Chilean Telecommunications Company.
