General Manager, Municipal Unit of Potable Water and Sanitation (UMAPS - Honduras)
Arturo Tróchez Oviedo is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology. He also holds an International Diploma in Soil and Aquifer Contamination and Remediation.
Mr. Tróchez has participated in several water related international conferences and seminars in different countries including Israel, Korea, Peru, etc. In 2023 he was awarded The Water Culture Recognition in Mexico City. He is currently the General Manager of the Municipal Water Company (UMAPS) in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
