Undersecretary of Innovation a.i. Secretary of Innovation, Science and Technology of Argentina
Enrique Manuel Carrizo holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, with a specialization in Administrative Law, and has extensive experience in public management and regulatory affairs. From 2021 to 2025, he served as Director of Digital Signature at the Chief of Cabinet of Ministers, where he promoted the strengthening of technological infrastructure and the digitalization of services.
He currently heads the Undersecretariat of Innovation, within the Secretariat of Innovation, Science and Technology of Argentina, where he leads policies aimed at modernizing the State, enhancing efficiency in public management, and developing digital solutions.
