Lucila Arboleya has worked in both the public and private sector, with a focus on energy and emerging markets. She is an investment and finance specialist, with vast experience managing projects, having worked in a variety of languages and cultures, in international organizations and private firms. She has worked in more than 15 countries in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Africa, working for institutions such as the World Bank in Washington, D.C., and the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris. She also lived in Senegal for two years, working for the IEA. Lucila holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development, from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a BA in Economics, from the Universidad de Montevideo.
