Architect and Urban planner with a degree from Universidade Positivo, Rocco also has a pos-graduate degree in Civil Engineering Management from UTFPR and in Banking, Investment and Finance from PUC-RS.

He has over ten years of business experience in sectors such as civil construction, ICT and logistics. In 2016, started his career in the public sector at Paranacidade, a state agency that works with the implementation of urban development projects. Since 2019, he is at Invest Paraná, the investment promotion agency of the State of Paraná.
