Mr. Hokyung Jung is the Director for Climate Change International Cooperation Team in the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Korea. He has 17 years of professional experience in various policy field concerning the environment such as climate change, circular economy, and water resources management. He also Served as director for GHG reduction research team in the Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Research Center.

He holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Yonsei University, M.D. in Public Administration from University of Colorado.30
