Marcella Falcão is an ecosystem builder, she holds a business bachelor’s degree from Insper, and during the university, she co-founded a startup in the food waste space. After this, she gained experience in big corporates in the financial, pharmaceutical, and CPG industries working with renowned companies such as Johnson & Johnson and PepsiCo where she was a trainee and founded the e-commerce team during the pandemic.

Marcella also had experience in venture capital being part of the investment team at SP Ventures – the largest agtech and foodtech fund in Latin America.

Currently, Marcella leads the Corporates & Investors Relations team for Cubo Itaú – a leading innovation hub in the region that aims to foster entrepreneurship in Latin America.
