Andrea Terranova currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at UCB, the leading energy storage solutions company in Brazil and Latin America. With over 25 years of experience in finance, Andrea has built a distinguished career in multinational companies.

Prior to her current role, she held significant positions such as Finance Director at Sogefi Filtration do Brasil and Management Finance Supervisor at Valeo Lighting Systems. She began her career as an intern at Banco GM and has since demonstrated robust expertise in strategic financial management.

Andrea holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), an Executive MBA from Insper, and a specialization in Business Management from UC San Diego. She is also an active member of W-CFO Brazil, dedicated to increasing female representation in C-level positions.
