Fernando João Prezzotto is the founder of SEMPRE AgTech, Produce e Win, which specializes in pioneering solutions for sustainable agriculture. Recognized as an Endeavor entrepreneur in 2017, he joined YPO in 2020, and in 2021, he was honored as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in Brazil. Prezzotto holds a degree in Business Administration and has pursued specialized studies at UCLA, Tel Aviv University, and Harvard Business School.
