Seunghwan is head of infrastructure development department at KIND, which he joined in 2018. He is in charge of project identification, structuring, implementation and monitoring after capital injection for transportation and logistics infrastructure sector in the company. His experience in KIND has focused on the co-investment with Korean companies who expand their infrastructure business abroad.

Before joining KIND, He had worked for construction sector from tender preparation, budgeting, contract control and schedule management for transportation infrastructure projects in various countries (Singapore, Korea, Mongolia, Middle East and etc.).

Seunghwan earned a BS degree in civil engineering from Yonsei University, Korea.
